2. Order Status and Tracking

All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped from our store within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. This may vary due to conditions, including online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and order packaging and shipping. Email confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the order.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If the item is returned, an additional re-shipping fee will be charged.
