@Watchesbelike - To be clear, I admire Patek Philippe because a Nautilus is a Patek Philippe, not the other way around. That being said, it's hard for me to explain how I felt when I first saw this watch in person. The dial is just hypnotic; the colors change according to brightness. The bracelet is thin and well made. The overall shape is harmonious, chic and sporty. This watch makes me feel such strong emotions. Some people meditate to reduce stress; I reduce it by thinking about my 5711! Apart from all these aesthetic aspects, I think some technical aspects also contribute to my appreciation of this watch. It's a three-hand plus date watch without any complications, but for me, the real technology of this watch is its high robustness. This makes the watch easy to wear on any occasion.
